​Randall's Island Golf & Entertainment

Randall's Island Sports Camp is a boutique camp that provides sports instruction and organized fun sports activities for young sports enthusiasts. Our small group setting allows us to get to know each camper personally, tending to his/her needs, desires, strengths and weaknesses. Each child leaves the camp feeling as if he/she is special.

In 2010, we were listed as a Top 10 Most Fun Day Camp in the Greater Metropolitan Area. Each day one core sport (golf, soccer, baseball, horseback riding and tennis)will be focused on in the morning, then the afternoon will be spent participating in other fun activities such as miniature golf, batting cages, bike riding, kickball, ga-ga, volleyball, badminton, tetherball, horse shoes, relays and cooperative activities. Once a week we attempt to take a field trip. Trips include a Mets or Yankee game, a Brooklyn Cyclone game, a NY Liberty basketball game and possibly a major league soccer game.

 

The Facility and Sports Fields

Located just minutes from the Upper East Side in Manhattan, the 480 acre complex is the perfect location for a grand sports camp. The starting point for the camp each day is the newly renovated Randall’s Island Golf Center. A 4,000 square foot corporate tent hosts the morning check-in, lunch, the awards ceremony and check out every day. 60 new soccer, softball and baseball fields will be the location for softball, baseball and soccer. Children will participate in horseback riding right on the island, learning how to care for the horses, as well as learn to trot.

 

Transportation
For an additional charge, licensed school buses and vans, fully equipped with seat belts, will pick up and drop off campers at convenient corners within major residential districts of Manhattan. Pick up spots will be determined upon completion of registration.

 

Staff
Experienced, professional coaches lead daily training sessions in each sport. Each coach has been carefully hand selected from colleges and schools. Each coach has coaching experience in their specific sport. The goal of the camp coaches is to provide quality, affordable instruction to each camper. Our desire is to nurture each athlete’s skills and game knowledge, helping them achieve their competitive goals in school or league play. Mature and responsible counselors also provide supervision and support throughout the day. Each counselor is certified in CPR. Our low camper/instructor ratio ensures personal attention for each camper and maximizes safety.

One Week Paid in full before April 1 - $420

One week paid after April 1 - $465

Two weeks paid before April 1 - $410 each week

Two weeks paid after Arpil 1 - $460 each week

Three or more weeks weeks paid before April - $399 each week

Three or more weeks paid after April 1 - $420 each week

Sibling discount - 5% off for each additional child
Transportation for the week - $110 per week
